Trail Foamcore (about .25") is avail in most good art-supply stores. Draw castle sections on separate paper, or obtain blueprint to a castle you like. Glue drawing or blueprint to the foamcore, when dry cut foamcore with exacto knife, assemble like a 3-d puzzle--straight pins work well to hold pieces together. Can be disassembled for later reconstruction if you code your pieces before dissasembly.
